The Church of Steadfast Christians in the Republic of Poland.
The pastoral ministry includes both the preaching of the Word of God at meetings and the work between meetings.
Apostle Paul in Rome. 15; he gave us an example of what the work of a shepherd and a superior should be. He writes:
“…that I might be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.”
In the Letter to Eph. 4:11-13:
“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;”
As we can see from the example of St. Paul, this is not just a job of persuading people to accept forgiveness of sins and baptism. Then there is much work to be done so that brothers and sisters can come to a victorious life of all conscious sin, and then grow to male perfection and adults to the dimensions of the fullness of Christ’s virtues. So did Apologia. For three years, day and night, Paul exhorted the Ephesians, just as the shepherd and superior took care of the personal development of the brothers and sisters – through prayers and words of consolation, admonishing, visiting, writing and receiving e-mails, providing spiritual and material help to the needy, visiting the elderly and the sick in homes and hospitals, serving the word of God during weddings and funerals.
In order to build the community, meetings, services, conferences, meetings for the elderly and youth at home and abroad are also organized, as well as works aimed at raising funds to cover all the costs of the church’s activities.
